Consequently please double-check all measurements and desired colors to avoid any future problems. On most other items there is a fourteen day return policy which only asks for the returned items to be sent back in the identical form they were received in with all associated parts taking care to protect the inner and outer packaging.
The vast majority of items particularly vinyl window awnings, shade sails, window shades, greenhouses, patio umbrellas, D.I.Y. awnings and sun screens have re-stocking fees associated that amount to 25%. Consequently please double-check all measurements and desired colors to avoid any additional handling fees.
Any freight damaged or defective items need to be reported immediately. Please note that fabric or vinyl awnings are not designed to handle snow loads or sustained periods of high winds. Items subjected to these conditions are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note if you return an item that has qualified for free shipping the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
